How do I view my grades?

Sometimes, instructors inform students of their grades by email or via Canvas. However, grades are official only after they are received by our UCSB Professional and Continuing Education (PaCE) office and recorded and approved into our enrollment system by the PaCE Registrar. Grades posted in Canvas are not official.

Final grades will be visible in your PaCE Student profile within two weeks from the end of the quarter. You can view your grades by logging into your PaCE student profile at the PaCE Student Portal.

Once logged in, click on "My Enrollment History" under the "Completed Courses" tab, you will find a list of completed classes with associated information, including grades. 

If there are courses listed as 'In Progress', then your Instructor has not submitted your final grades to us yet.
