CPA Licensure Prep Program Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to withdraw from the program. In order to assist you with this process, we have provided the following information on our refund policy.

Tuition Refund:

  • If you provide written notice of your intention to withdraw from the program 10 or more days before the program start date, you will receive a refund of your tuition, less a $40 processing fee.
  • If you provide written notice of your intention to withdraw less than 10 days before the program start date but before 5pm on the last business day before the program start, you will incur a $250 administrative fee in addition to the $40 processing fee.
  • Please note that there will be no refunds issued after 5pm on the last business day before the program start date. After that deadline, you can only ask for a withdrawal. You will receive a "No Credit" (NC) as your final grade.
  • If the program is cancelled due to low enrollment, all tuition and deposit fees will be fully refunded.

Deposit Refund:

  • The $100 deposit fee is non-refundable, except in the case where the program is cancelled due to low enrollment.
  • If the program is cancelled due to low enrollment, all tuition and deposit fees will be fully refunded.
