How to reset your PaCE student profile password

Please note that if you enter an incorrect User Name, you will not receive the email with a temporary password since the system needs to match your User Name to your email address first. You must enter the correct User Name.

In order to reset your PaCE student profile password, please do the following in the exact order listed:

1) First request your User Name by going to the PaCE Student Portal and clicking "Forgot User Name". Enter the email address that you indicated as preferred in your profile. Your user name will be sent to this email address shortly after clicking Continue.

2) Enter your User Name in the proper field and then click "Forgot Password". You will receive an email to your preferred email address with a temporary password.

3) Enter your User Name and the temporary password in the corresponding fields and you will successfully log into your PaCE student profile.

4) We highly recommend that you save your User Name and password in a safe place which you can access easily in case you forget either of them.
