How to request access to Microsoft 365

PaCE Instructors have free access to Microsoft 365, a suite of cloud applications and services (i.e. Microsoft Office etc) supported by UCSB ITS. In order to access Microsoft 365, please send an email to help@professional.ucsb.edu requesting access. We will open a ticket with UCSB ITS and request a license on your behalf. Licenses don't get assigned automatically since each department manages these independently. Once your license has been assigned, you will be notified by PaCE. 

To access your Microsoft 365 account, please do the following:

• You need to have an active UCSBNetID
• Use your UCSBnetID@ucsb.edu address and password to sign in to your Microsoft account.

If you run into any issues with your Microsoft 365 account, please contact help@professional.ucsb.edu. We are open Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm (excluding major holidays).
