How to reset your UCSBNetID password

Please follow these instructions to reset the password associated with your UCSBNet ID:

• Sign in to Identity Manager and click on "Faculty or Staff Member".
• Type in your Last Name, your Date of Birth, your Employee ID and the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
• Click the "Reset UCSBNet ID Password" button.  You will be asked to verify your identity by entering the answers to two of the security questions you chose during the creation of your UCSBnetID. After answering your security questions, click "Next" and follow the directions to reset your password.

If you don't remember the answers to your security questions, please contact UCSB's Identity Services by calling 805-893-5000, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
