Information on UCSB Canvas Transition and Support

UCSB is moving to a new Learning Management System called Canvas. The existing Gauchospace LMS will retire once Canvas is fully adopted.

In Summer 2023, all courses will be in Canvas unless a specific exemption is granted.

During regular business hours, if you have any questions about Canvas, please contact your Program Manager or PaCE Customer Service via email at program.support@extension.ucsb.edu or via phone at 805-893-4200. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm PST (we are closed on weekends and US Federal Holidays).

After business hours, if you have any technical issues with your course in Canvas, please contact Canvas Support. They provide 24/7 instructor support and can be reached via:
