International agents and liability insurance

International agencies and organizations with no US-based offices are not required to provide the liability insurance coverage outlined in the professional services agreement.

The provision, however, will remain in the agreement because it is used for all suppliers we do business with. So, if it does not apply to you, kindly ignore the section, and we will not ask for proof of coverage.
