Refund Policies
We understand plans can change. Please read over the policies below. Note: $200 Application Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. If the application fee is waived, $200 will be applied and deducted from the refunded amount.
University Immersion Program/ International Diploma Program
The cancellation policy applies to UIP and IDP. For cancellations made before classes begin:

If a student is enrolled for more than one quarter, they must submit a termination request at least four weeks before the orientation day of the next quarter. If cancellation is made less than four weeks before the orientation date, the above cancellation policy will apply for the following quarter.

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method. In case the credit card or bank account used for payment is no longer in use, a paper check will be sent to the student's home address. The refund process may take up to 45 business days to complete.
