BCBA and BCaBA Course Attestation Process

Congratulations on completing the UCSB PaCE’s BCBA/BCaBA Program! You are one step closer to becoming a Certified Behavior Analyst.  Before our VCS Coordinator can submit your Coursework Attestation to BACB, you will need to do the following:

  1. Complete the UCSB PaCE’s BCBA or BCaBA Application and pay the Application Fee.
  2. Complete the BCBA or BCaBA DocuSign.

*** Additionally, for students pursing their BCBA certification, make sure you have completed and passed ED X309D.5. Without completing this course, our VCS coordinator is unable to sign the coursework verification form.

The DocuSign consists of two important documents: (1) Release of information and (2) BACB’s Coursework Attestation Form.

In the Attestation Form, you are responsible for inputting your personal information. The DocuSign will prompt you through the different fields you need to complete.

Once you have completed and signed the DocuSign, our VCS Coordinator will complete the Attestation Form and submit it to BACB within 72 hours.

Lastly, YOU are responsible for submitting your own official transcript. UCSB PaCE WILL NOT submit your transcript to BACB. Please follow the instructions on how to order a PaCE official transcript here.

If you have any questions please contact our PaCE Customer Support at help@professional.ucsb.edu. Our office is open Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm PST.
