What Areas are Included in the GROW Program?

The following counties/cities are included:

North Santa Barbara County: Santa Maria, Lompoc, Vandenberg Village (near Vandenberg Air Force Base), Guadalupe, Solvang, Buellton, Los Alamos, Los Olivos, Ballard, and Santa Ynez.

San Luis Obispo County (Arroyo Grande, Atascadero, Grover Beach, Morro Bay, Paso Robles, Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo and the unincorporated areas)

Kern County (Arvin, Bakersfield, California City, Delano, Maricopa, Mcfarland, Ridgecrest, Shafter, Taft, Tehachapi, Wasco and the unincorporated areas)
